We had a great day yesterday at the Houses of Parliament. The children were very well behaved and thoroughly enjoyed looking at the House of Commons, House of Lords and the rooms surrounding them. They also went into Westminster Hall standing where Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela and the Pope have made speeches in a 1000 year old building. They also saw Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square and Horseguards Parade. A busy but exciting day!
